WOD - 21-15-9

Here is an excellent workout that won't take an extended period of time to complete but will get your heart rate up and give you a good start to your day!

21-15-9 (that means complete each exercise listed 21 times, then repeat each exercise 15 times, then complete the workout by doing each exercise 9 times.

Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats
Walking Lunges
