  1. Thanks for your blogpost! I also appreciated the video on YouTube. For me, I believe that coffee, in moderation is ok. If you're trying to lose weight, make sure you drink it black and with Stevia. That's what I did when I tried the 3 Day Military diet. It permitted coffee and tea but with no sugar. This made me realized that all those creams and flavors we put in our coffee packed quite a lot of calories. No wonder we can't trim down! If you need some great tips and information, see this link:
