My sweet vegan cook:-)

My oldest son loves to cook and a few years ago I created a vegan blog for him which he kept up for a while with his unique and creative recipes. Over the years however, his posting dropped off and just recently he picked up the desire to start posting his recipes again. He made a delicious vegan lasagna today that looked amazing (being gluten free, I was unable to indulge but I did make a fabulous Gluten-free Butternut Squash and Cashew Alfredo Lasagna for myself...recipe coming soon:-) ) and he and his brother demolished some big plate-fuls.
