Do 8 push-ups
Run 200 meters
Do 7 push-ups
Run 200 meters
Do 6 push-ups
Run 200 meters
Do 5 push-ups
Run 200 meters
Do 4 push-ups
Run 200 meters
Do 3 push-ups
Run 200 meters
Do 2 push-ups
Run 200 meters
Do 1 push-up

I did this two days ago and I am still SO SORE!! Enjoy!
