Peppermint

      Peppermint…refreshing, invigorating, delightful! When you open a bottle of Young Living Peppermint, you will notice it does not smell like a breath mint or a candy cane…Peppermint is not mean to smell candy sweet. Rather, Peppermint smells fresh, vibrant and green. This oil is a little spicy so you may want to consider adding a drop or two to your glass of water, inside a vegetarian capsule, along with a carrier oil or in a teaspoon of honey rather than ingesting it plain. Peppermint is a great oil to use for sinus and respiratory health. When ingested prior to a workout, Peppermint may support increased performance and may also increase mental acuity and focus. Perhaps the best known way to use Peppermint is for digestive support.
