      Lavender is known as the Swiss Army Knife of oils. This oil is so versatile that the list of uses could stretch a mile! Whether diffused, applied topically or added to Epsom salts in a warm bath, Lavender is a great calming oil that promotes relaxation. When used prior to bedtime, Lavender promotes healthy rest and sleep patterns. Lavender can also be used to help ease normal stress moods and help in winding down one’s body after a long or strenuous day. Though better known for its calming effect, Lavender is also a great oil to support healthy skin and can be applied directly to the skin, used after heavy sun exposure or added to lotions, shampoos and other skin care products.
