Lavender is
known as the Swiss Army Knife of oils. This oil is so versatile that the list of
uses could stretch a mile! Whether diffused, applied topically or added to
Epsom salts in a warm bath, Lavender is a great calming oil that promotes
relaxation. When used prior to bedtime, Lavender promotes healthy rest and
