I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2001 and my Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2005. I entered private practice with a provisional license in 2005 and finished board exams and licensure requirements in 2007, becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Over the years, I have developed a passion for looking at the person as a whole and seeking to find ways in which individuals can achieve total body wellness. My focus has been on studying, researching and developing treatment modalities to help myself and others in their mental and physical health journeys.
I offer counseling sessions based on a Cognitive Behavioral approach. I specialize in short-term treatment plans intended to provide quality therapy in the most time and cost effective manner.
